Abstract
This data group represents Parcels for Wisconsin in 2014 and includes the layers ‘Municipal_Gaps_FinalV2_2014’, ‘WI_Parcels_2014’.This is the final deliverable for Parcels in the LinkWISCONSIN EBM Parcel Mapping Project. This feature class represents a comprehensive, spatially referenced collection of parcel geometries as recognized by local-level governments within the state of Wisconsin (amalgamated from county level and municipal-level data). This layer represents parcel geometries throughout Wisconsin. See the associated document, ParcelSchemaDefinitions.pdf for explanation of the schema elements that this feature class contains. This layer is designed to compliment the associated AddressPoints feature class containd in ths deliverable database.
Purpose
This layer is intended for reference and mapping purposes, and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production, or to provide a basemap to support graphical overlays and analysis with other spatial data. The layer is intended to serve the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin for a wide range of purposes associated with LinkWISCONSIN and other broadband mapping activities.

The attribute field OwnerName was removed for public distribution on March 30, 2015.
