Process Step
Description
[Data was originally created by Vendor GeoComm for the purposes of E911 dispatch mapping. Process to create the dataset was digitzing the centerlines of roads over the 2000 Ortho Photos. When 2006 Ortho Photos were available there was a quality check by GeoComm to make sure all the roads were included in the process. Roads were digitized by GeoComm at a scale of 1:386 ft. Once Line work was completed roads were split at appropriate locations and road ranges were added to depict the odd/even designation all based on the County existing addressing scheme. Vendor the worked closely with local officials to obtain source data and verify that no roads were missed in the process. Once road segments were broke at appropriate intersections and snappped together the road names and address attributes are added. The County provided hard copy/digital maps showing appropriate roads names and an explantion of the addressing schema. Minimun final outcome was a line split at appropriate location based on ESNS and boundaries with attribute fields of Street Name, LeftFrom, LeftTo, RightFrom, RightTo.]
