This line data layer represents roads for Taylor County, Wisconsin at year-end 2016. It is a feature class within the geodatabase 'Taylor_Roads_YE2016.gdb'.[This data set originates from the Taylor County Surveyors office. It was created by GPSing and digitizing. ADC did some additional digitizing to fix roads using the new imagery. The new imagery just became available this August. Some of the original data provided was outdated and has since been removed. All road names have been corrected, updated or confirmed using provided reference sources. There is just over 1,800 miles of roads in Taylor County. Taylor County plants to maintain this data in an ESRI ArcGIS environment.]
This data was submitted to the UW geospatial archive in 2017. Content may be considered current as of December 31, 2016. It was published to the UW geospatial archive as part of the Wisconsin Department of Administration Land Information Program annual collection of public data for the year 2017.
